Homes in the rock. From the 1600’s until the 1960’s whole families lived comfortably in cave dwellings hewn into the soft sandstone in the area. This is one of the few left in this particular area.
A quick peak through the door reveals the stunning interior with wicker framed seating..
This once proud troglodyte home is now covered with a building sand layer of sand and is now used to store artwork to some extent.
